Hiliman Public (Primary) School was started in a private house of Pratap Nagar, Agra in July 1978. Later on, the school shifted to Madhav Kunj, Pratap Nagar, Agra and was run by a registered Society namely Hillman Education and Social Development Society(1987). With the inspiration of its founder chairman Late Pt. Jagat Ram Pokhriyal, the school was upgraded tojunior High School and shifted to its present site in 2006. With hard labour poured in by its founder secretary & Manager Dr. S.C. Pokhriyal and by the devoted staff members under the supervision of its founder Mrs. Pushpa Pokhriyal, the school developed day by day and today has a big campus at Ladamada, Bichpuri, Agra and is affiliated to C.B.S.E., Delhi upto 10+2 level in Science and Commerce streams.
